NQP (New Registrant Paramedic) Webinar 6th November 2025

Open to members of the College of Paramedics, this free event will explore the current mismatch between graduating numbers and the available new registrant roles.

Chaired and led by Tracy Nicholls OBE, CEO at the College of Paramedics, our third NQP webinar on Thursday 6 November is set to continue the open dialogue around this issue, we will offer an update on the work the college have been doing to support those new paramedics unable to secure a role or delayed in commencing a role a paramedic.

We have invited employer representatives to attend to offer insight into current processes, including any local support initiatives.

Colleagues from Policy and Arms Length Bodies across the UK nations are invited to offer any insight in terms of initiatives that will open up employment opportunities across systems.

This webinar will be recorded and is intended to support learners and new registrants in transitioning into work. Acknowledging the challenging time we find ourselves facing it will offer some practical advice whilst show-casing the on-going work of the college in this area.
