What is the College of Paramedics?
The College of Paramedics is the recognised professional body for all paramedics in the UK, whose role is to promote and develop the paramedic profession across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The College represents its members in all matters affecting their clinical practice and supports them to achieve the highest standards of patient care.

How do I get access to the College of Paramedics app?
Access to the College of Paramedics app is available to members and non-members. In order to gain full access to all the app content you must be a member of the College of Paramedics. Visit https://collegeofparamedics.co.uk/  for more information.

How do I reset my password?
Go here to reset your password.

Is there a way to bookmark or save content within the app for later reference?
You can bookmark CPD videos in the app. When locating the CPD video you want to bookmark, in the top right corner is a book mark icon. By tapping this, the video will then be added to the 'Bookmarked' area of the CPD Hub, for access at a later date. You can also see which CPD videos you have accessed in the 'History' section of the CPD Hub.

How can I provide feedback or suggestions for improving the app's functionality?
As this is our initial launch of the app, there are a lot more features to be added. However, we appreciate all feedback and suggestions - if you would like to give us feedback, please contact marketing@collegeofparamedics.co.uk

Can I access the app from multiple devices using the same account?
You can, however you may be asked to enter your membership details and password when going between devices. 

Can I use the app offline?
Yes! Once you have logged in, most functions will work offline. When the app re-connects it will update with the most recent information and content.
