Stay Well With Esther

We would like to share with you a series of vlogs recorded by our friend Esther Murray, a Health Psychologist working at Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Esther has expertise in moral injury in healthcare.

This subject is of particular interest to us at the College of Paramedics as we continue to look for different ways to support the mental health and wellbeing of the paramedic profession. Living and working within the presence of Covid19 is an exceptional time for us all. Esther has kindly offered a series of vlogs to help support us through this and out the other side. We hope that you will find this series useful and we extend our warmest wishes and kindest thanks to Esther.
