College of Paramedics National Conference 2024

College of Paramedics National Conference 2024

The College of Paramedics National Conference 2024; Being a Paramedic: Unique, Diverse, Evolving, will be taking place at the Leonardo Hotel, Hinckley near Leicester on the 22nd and 23rd of May

We are just finalising the programme but this immersive event promises to be a celebration of the remarkable work paramedics undertake, acknowledging the challenges they face, and exploring the dynamic evolution of the profession.

Themed around ‘Paramedic Identity’, the conference will provide a platform for attendees to appreciate the pivotal role paramedics play in patient care. Discover the pioneering spirit that drives paramedics in their roles across health and care systems, showcasing their fearlessness in pushing the boundaries of evidence-based practice. Gain insights into the profession's historical journey, the challenges they overcome, and the advancements that have shaped paramedics into the integral healthcare contributors they are today.

Be part of a community not afraid to challenge the status quo, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Network with like-minded professionals, share experiences, and contribute to the ongoing narrative of paramedic identity. This conference is a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the collective identity of paramedics as trailblazers in health and care delivery.

Like previous years, the two day programme includes the College of Paramedics AGM, an extensive programme of sessions and the British Paramedic Journal (BPJ) will be putting forward five abstracts’, known as 'Golden Nugget' presentations to be presented and judged for a BPJ prize. These five abstracts will be marked on quality of research and presentation, each entry will be allocated a strict 12 minutes to present.

Don't miss out on this enriching experience and be part of the transformative dialogue shaping the future of paramedicine.
