Exploring Zero-Point Survey in Crew Resource Management
Part 2 of 3 - In-depth exploration of the Zero-Point Survey by its author, Cliff Reid.
Dr Cliff Reid is a Prehospital Critical Care Physician & Educator in Sydney, Australia. With a specialist focus in human factors, Cliff was instrumental in creating the Zero Point Survey and has been lead educator implementing its structure and benefits within New South Wales air ambulance and critical care teams. Cliff’s medical career has led him to fly in the skies above Sydney working as part of the air ambulance critical care team and continuing his work with the Zero Point Survey.
This session is part 2 of 3 providing an in-depth view of the Zero Point survey and its work in conjunction with the Egg Timer model. Please see the separate event listing to register to attend the other two in the series.
