Exploring Zero-Point Survey in Crew Resource Management

Dr Cliff Reid is a Prehospital Critical Care Physician & Educator in Sydney, Australia. With a specialist focus in human factors, Cliff was instrumental in creating the Zero Point Survey and has been lead educator implementing its structure and benefits within New South Wales air ambulance and critical care teams. Cliff’s medical career has led him to fly in the skies above Sydney working as part of the air ambulance critical care team and continuing his work with the Zero Point Survey.
