The Primary Care and Prescribing Conference 2024
'The pen is mightier than the sword'
#PCPC24

Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th October 2024 09:00-17:00
Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds LS10 1LT

Following the success of the inaugural Primary Care and Prescribing Conference last year, we are delighted to share details of our plans for 2024.
The conference will be held at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds, with ample parking and a short walk from the city’s Railway Station, we are certain this will be another great event.

Feedback told us that delegates wished the conference was over 2 days, we are therefore holding #PCPC24 on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th October.
Our conference theme this year is “the pen is mightier than the sword”, and the programme will be shared in August.

Early bird offers are available, plus look out for details of our competition to win a pair of free tickets, and one lucky delegate will take home this year’s conference mascot Scribbles!

This promises to be another excellent opportunity for delegates who work in primary care, or who are prescribers, or those with an interest in either, to hear the latest developments in both fields, network with like-minded colleagues and generally enjoy their time in Yorkshire.
Leeds is slap bang in the middle of the UK and whilst we endeavour to be inclusive, we are aware we will never be able to please everyone.

This year though, for those who are unable attend due to distance, I will be conducting a poll and the most members who nominate their ICB footprint or region as being difficult to travel to Leeds from, I will bring my newly launched ‘Springposium’ to you.  Email me Helen Beaumont-Waters, Head of Clinical Development for Primary and Urgent Care, at primarycare@collegeofparamedics.co.uk to nominate your area.

Cost - we are pleased to offer an early bird discount for tickets purchased before 1st September 2024
