The College of Paramedics will be offering a programme of FREE CPD sessions again this year on a variety of topics. No pre-booking required just come to our demonstration area on arrival at the show.

We are very proud of the wonderful team who work tirelessly to support paramedics and the ambulance profession in the UK, representing our members in all matters affecting clinical practice, supporting them to achieve the highest standards of patient care. We are delighted to announce that over the two days of the show we will be joined by key members of the College of Paramedics leadership team. This will be a unique opportunity for you to engage with, and ask questions directly to, our fantastic team as well as contributing to your CPD and picking up a free certificate of attendance for each session attended too!*

 What every paramedic should know about The HCPC. This session will take you through the requirements of being a registered health care professional and your role if a concern or complaint is made against you.

Bob will be providing guidance and best fit answers to students and answering questions relating to pre-registration paramedic pathways. No question inconsequential!

Tony’s session will focus on learning from the patient’s pre-hospital experience to enhance our care: recurrent themes & feedback following critical illness or injury. 

   
Dermatology in Primary Care

Head of Clinical Development (Primary Care and Urgent Care), College of Paramedics  
Helen will be delivering a session on introductory dermatology for paramedics working in primary and urgent care settings. The session will include a brief overview of the structure and function of the skin, some common presentations and management options, tips and useful resources. And perhaps some surprises!
