We are excited to announce the first College of Paramedics Paramedic Inclusive Recruitment Conference where we aim to bring together recruitment leads from higher education, ambulance trusts and other organisations who employ paramedics, to discuss, collaborate and plan how we can increase the diversity of the profession, improve the working experience of paramedics from under-represented groups and support staff from these groups to develop and reach senior roles within the profession.
