The retreat is the perfect opportunity to take some time for yourself, to step out and away from the hustle, bustle, and demands of everyday life, or personal/ work difficulties that you might be facing, and to connect with like-minded people in one of the country’s most beautiful national parks. The peaceful surroundings are the perfect setting to experience the healing power of nature.

The professional team at Mind Over Mountains, our hosts for this event, includes an experienced coach, counsellor, and qualified outdoor leaders, all of whom work together, creating a relaxed, friendly, safe atmosphere where there is opportunity to talk, reflect, and share without judgement, pressure, or expectations.

For this retreat, we will be staying at Kings Youth Hostel, a fantastic retreat in itself, set in its own grounds amongst woodland and breathtaking scenery, and near to the Cader Idris mountain range, sandy beaches, and medieval castles. It truly is a special place for those looking to relax and unwind or just have some time out.
