Are you looking for an exciting opportunity at the University of Greenwich to join our expanding team of Paramedics, delivering our undergraduate programme. We are seeking talented and experienced practitioners who are keen to develop their skills as educators, having developed teaching and assessing skills through a practice assessor or equivalent role.

This opportunity is open to Paramedics with broad practitioner experience and/or teaching experience in a higher education institute and is registered with the HCPC. As a lecturer you will be responsible for delivering high quality education and an excellent student experience in a variety of formats, where diversity, inclusivity and equality are celebrated, as well as the opportunity to take part in research and enterprise activities. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player and in return we will support you through continued professional development, research and knowledge exchange. 

We have multiple vacancies with hours available between 0.4 FTE up to 1 FTE. You will have an opportunity to discuss hours at interview. 

The School of Health Sciences is part of a highly successful and vibrant faculty. Frequently commended for our partnership working across the sector, the school delivers a range of undergraduate and post graduate courses leading to registration in nursing, midwifery, and allied healthcare professions. The University has invested over £3 million in the development of state-of-the-art simulation centres, which will further enhance our record of teaching innovation.

Successful applicants will have opportunity to complete a teaching qualification (PGCHE) and progress through our GOLD framework to achieve HEA senior fellowship, as well as contribute to research and knowledge exchange activities.
