Financial Wellness: Sort Your Finances Out!
The Money and Pensions Service define financial wellbeing as 'feeling secure and in control. It’s about making the most of your money from day to day, dealing with the unexpected, and being on track for a healthy financial future. In short: feeling financially resilient, confident and empowered'. We know that those who experience positive financial wellbeing experience less stress and worry about money, which ultimately, brings a sense of positivity in other aspects of their lives such as relationships and mental health.
This webinar is the first in a two-part financial health and wellbeing series delivered in collaboration with Julie and David from The Ambulance Staff Charity. We'll discuss financial wellbeing, as well as debt solutions, and managing your finances. We'll also touch on the psychology of money and the psychological and emotional aspects and impacts of financial debt
