A morning coffee with James Yates
A morning coffee with James Yates on Neonatal Stabilisation and Transport of the Newborn in Pre-hospital Care - Webinar
Date: Monday 6th February 2023
Time: 10:00 – 11:00
This session will be delivered by Zoom

In a unique event the College is pleased to welcome along James Yates, Advanced Paramedic in Neonatal Intensive Care Retrieval at NEST, presenter with The Resus Room and all-round nice guy.

During this relaxed and interactive session, we want to open up the floor to you, to ask the questions you want answering. Physiology, resuscitation, practical skills, transport or anything else related to newborn care.

Pre-hospital birth is relatively rare and managing a sick newborn occurs very infrequently, therefore these cases can bring with them a lot of anxiety. This session aims to reassure us that with the right approach and a focus on some key areas of newborn care, we can make a huge difference to the outcome of these babies born out of hospital.

If you have any questions, you’d like to pose to James then please feel free to email them through prior to the event, we’ll then get the host to pose the questions on the day.
