We are looking for a Paramedic to join an amazing Training PCN, with a fully supportive team. You would be responsible to the Clinical Lead who is extremely supportive and who is looking for 2 new Paramedic Practitioners to join their team.
You would be part of a PCN that is highly innovative and delivers multiple services including out of hours extended access, vaccination clinics and a home visiting scheme. The PCN has a group of 5 member practices who work together at scale and collaborate with others in the local health and social care system.
You would be working as an in-house clinician dealing with face-face acute patients, telephone consultations and home visits; and you would be working closely with the PCN anticipatory care team which consists of: GP Lead, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Pharmacist and Care Coordinator.
The sessions will vary from 10-15 minutes appointments.
Required Skills:
• Experience as a Paramedic in primary care
• HCPC Registered
• Prescribing (desirable - increases rate)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a GP Surgery
