Your role
As a Clinical Trainer, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:

Planning, organising and delivery of operational Clinical training courses that will ensure the safe and effective use of equipment and skills to volunteers and staff
Developing training interventions and associated materials to ensure content is matched to best practice
This role will involve extensive travel, providing training at lifeboat and lifeguard stations across the Scottish region, as well as travelling around the UK and ROI. An RNLI vehicle will be provided

About you
You’ll be a health care professional, ideally with a high level of clinical experience and confidence in delivering Casualty Care in a marine/austere environment. To be considered as the Clinical Trainer you will need:

Previous instructor/training responsibility
Award in Education and Training or equivalent
HCPC/NMC Registered professional.
Prehospital Clinical experience
An understanding of the volunteer ethos
Experience of course design/planning
Willingness to work away from home, including evenings and weekends
Based within the Scottish region
Other organisations may call this role Clinical Tutor.
