Presented by Karl Bloomer, Specialist Paramedic, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS), this session will be a brief discussion on the pathophysiology, causes, and risk factors of hypoglycaemia, and the associated treatments and considerations in the pre-hospital environment. 

Who needs Emergency Department input, and who is safe for non-conveyance? How do we adequately safety net this at times complex cohort of patients?
