We are looking for a Programme Assistant is to provide a breadth of administrative support to the Education Programme Support Manager. This will include supporting workstreams within the Directorates of Education and Clinical Development. 
The Programme Assistant will act with integrity, positivity, energy, and adaptability, using their skills to build effective relationships and work within a shared vision.  
The position is directly responsible to the Education Programme Support Manager. The Programme Assistant will undertake other administrative duties as directed by the Head of  Education, Heads of Clinical Development, and Education Programme Support Manager.

Salary Range: £24,500 – £27,500 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hrs 
Contract: Permanent  
Location: Flexible – Easily commutable to Bradford/Leeds area, hybrid working with ability to travel across the UK

We are the professional body for UK paramedics, a membership organisation with over 20,000 members and a registered charity. Membership is open to all UK paramedics, student paramedics and those who have interest in the paramedic profession and healthcare delivery. 
The College of Paramedics provides advice to members who also have access to a wide variety of learning resources that provide high quality continuing professional development (CPD), across a range of platforms and at many events held around the UK. We publish a wide range of documents that underpin the profession and represent our members in all matters affecting their clinical practice, supporting them to achieve the highest possible standards of patient care. 
As a charity and member organisation that supports the paramedic profession our Board of Trustees, our Paramedic Council and our Student Council are vital within our governance structure. We also have a team of 27 employees who work directly for the college, plus several temporary staff members.
