REFRAME - Diverse Images for Healthcare

An overview of the REFRAME project. An NHS England funded project aimed at creating more diverse and inclusive images for healthcare.

Debbie Hubbard, Associate Director (Subject Cluster Lead) at the University of the West of England, Bristol.  

She is a Physiotherapist, qualified for14 years and she currently works at UWE as an Associate Director, providing strategic development and operational management of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation and Paramedic Science programmes. She is the Project Lead for the REFRAME - Diverse Images for Healthcare project


Ann-Marie Hines, Student Podiatrist (Final Year)

Ann-Marie is a mature 3rd year BSc(Hons) Podiatry student currently studying at Cardiff Metropolitan University in South Wales. She has also been the manager of a small childcare business for over ten years, which I currently run alongside my Podiatric studies. 
Her long term plans are to open a private Podiatry business in Bristol and also utilise her skills as a Podiatrist with the intention of future travel.


Sarah Todd, Diversity, Equity and Belonging Manager for the College of Paramedics and Senior Specialist in Education - Urgent and Emergency Care at NHS England

Sarah Todd has been a paramedic for 32 years working across the ambulance service, primary care, higher education and now in strategic roles, combining passions for social justice, inclusivity and education. They are the senior responsibility officer for the project which is funded by NHSE.
