*NEW for 2026!* Join us for a beautiful day out stand up paddleboarding (SUP) around the Dorset coastline or inland waterways.

Hosted by paramedic Alex, who is a qualified, certified and experienced SUP instructor, this day will take place in either Poole Harbour, Christchurch or Portland (venue dependent on weather forecast). All three of these locations offers something unique: Poole Harbour offers one of the largest natural harbours in the world and is a prime place for spotting wildlife, sea birds, and marine life. Christchurch is where the River Stour and River Avon meet, providing some sheltered paddling, whereas Portland Harbour is a gem, full of history with the opportunity to see Tudor castles alongside World War II defences.

Stand up paddleboarding allows you to observe these stunning locations from a whole new perspective whilst you gently meander along taking in everything that there is to see.
