I joined the ambulance service in 2002. Since then, I have undertaken many roles including management, learning and development and working on HEMS. I became the first ACP-CC for SWAST in 2020 and the first person from a purely paramedic background to get onto the Faculty of pre-Hospital Care register of Consultant (Level 8) Practitioners in Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine in 2021. I have a particular interest in education and training as well as wellbeing.
