Continuing on from Dr Leech's 'B' assessment we look at the next stage of the trauma assessment, 'Circulation'. What is the significance of obtaining peripheral and central pulses and what does the evidence say around the use of pelvic binders. 

Dr Caroline Leech is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine and Trauma Lead at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS trust, a Clinical Supervisor with the Warwick and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, Associate Editor for the Emergency Medicine Journal (EMJ), a member of the Executive of the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons and the West Midlands Training Programme Director for PHEM (Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine).
