Session Details:

The Paramedic Foundation Preceptorship Framework (PFP) offers structured support for paramedics navigating key career transitions. While designed primarily for newly registered paramedics (NRPs) entering their first post-qualification roles, the framework also supports returning practitioners, career-changing paramedics, and internationally trained paramedics integrating into UK practice.

Paramedic graduates are entering an increasingly competitive employment landscape, particularly within UK ambulance services, which have traditionally served as the primary entry point for newly qualified practitioners. Despite completing approved programmes and achieving HCPC registration, many NRPs face delays in securing their first clinical role. This transition period can challenge skill maintenance, confidence, and professional identity.

This webinar will introduce you to the PFP and the portfolio to help you consider how it can assist with your continued development if seeking or changing employment. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
