BASICS Education Scotland aims to provide pre-hospital care in Scotland Its largest activity is providing pre-hospital care education throughout Scotland. Much of this work is funded by NHS Education Scotland ( NES )
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Director of Education to work on and develop Immediate Care Education and Training with BASICS Scotland to include the following:
,· Taking the lead role in Managing an ongoing programme of immediate Care training courses throughout Scotland.
,· Liaising with relevant institutions to ensure delivery of these courses in terms of education provision and service delivery within appropriate timescales.
,· Promote and advise on Immediate Care training in Scotland.
,· Develop the organisation, to ensure its future sustainability by, Developing new training programmes.
You will be an honours graduate, or have equivalent experience with significant experience in NHS Scotland or a health-related field. You will have significant experience and knowledge of pre-hospital care. Moreover, you will have demonstrable experience in management and change management and will be an effective communicator at all levels. .
