Research Lead for the College Of Paramedics
As the College of Paramedics grows both in membership and reputation, it is essential that research and development is embedded into its infrastructure in line with other professional bodies in the health care professions. Clinical research is seen as core business within the NHS and the College of Paramedics has a responsibility to its members to contribute to building the capacity and capability of the current and future paramedic workforce so that they can collaborate in research and innovation as experts, not only clinically but, also, in relation to knowledge and expertise of research methodologies.
The College of Paramedics is establishing a new position of Research Lead. This position will report to the Chief Executive and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will enable the College of Paramedics to meet its research objectives. It will be a part-time position based on 10 hours per week with a salary of £14.300 per annum.
