The College of Paramedics’ Head Office will be closed between Friday 25th December and Friday 1st January 2021 for the Christmas period. Normal service will continue until Thursday 24th December and will resume on Monday 4th January 2021 upon which any messages left with the College of Paramedics will be processed as soon as practicable with messages of an urgent nature being given priority.
Please note the following arrangements that will apply from 1600 on Thursday 24th December and 09.00 on Monday 4th January 2021:
For urgent matters relating to fitness-to-practise please call the office 07852 371197 leaving a message stating it is a Fitness to Practice matter and then follow this up with an email to email@example.com where your concern will be dealt with by one of the team and you will be contacted back.
If you are having difficulty with your log-in, please follow the guidance on our web site and leave a message on the Head Office answerphone where someone will get back to you as soon as they can.
Any queries you have around CPD, events or other membership enquires will be dealt with after the 4th January 2021.
We trust that these arrangements will ensure members are not disadvantaged over the public holiday period and urge members to contact the College of Paramedics on routine matters either before close of business on 24th December or during the week commencing 4th January 2021.
