Clinical Operations Manager

Hours per week: 40.25
Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off
Salary: £50,000 per annum

 

Overview 
As the Clinical Operations Manager you will be directly responsible for the operational management, leadership, and direction of our contracts with NHS Trusts, ensuring the capability and competency of both clinicians and clinical support staff with have experience of managing high performing teams. You will have up-to-date specialist knowledge on NHS Continuing Healthcare and associated legislation and experience and knowledge within a similar healthcare setting.
 
Essential Criteria
HCPC Registered Paramedic – 3 years post registration
BSc (Hons) or equivalent
IHCD/CERAD Emergency Response Ambulance Driving
 
Desirable Criteria
Diploma or degree level in Leadership and Management / TRiM practitioner or similar qualification
 
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
 
UK Registration
Applicants must have current UK professional registration.
