We are looking for a person with expert knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion, and who is able to communicate and share that knowledge, to create a shared vision across an organisation and its stakeholders. The Equality Diversity and Inclusion Manager will implement and evaluate our Belonging and Inclusion Strategy, reviewing and updating it annually. This Strategy will be an enabler to promote equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights (EDIHR) in everything the College of Paramedics does within the organisation, in support of the paramedic profession and in catering to the diverse needs of its membership, ensuring the voices of paramedics and their colleagues, from all backgrounds, are heard loud and clear. The College is the recognised professional body for UK paramedics and our small team of dedicated employees works hard to support this vital profession, with over 22,000 members across the UK. Working closely with our member led Diversity Steering Group, the successful candidate, as our first EDI Manager, will have an exciting opportunity to shape, and steer us forward on, our essential EDIHR journey.
