Frailty Trauma
Thank you for your interest, this event is now full.
This session aims to provide a vast array of information and learning tools we can take away into our own practice.
Dr Fionna Lowe is an Emergency Department Consultant, HEMS doctor and an expert in frailty trauma. Dr Lowe will be reviewing the different pathologies found in older adults following trauma, discussing pertinent medications and explaining how a 'fall' can be a highly significant mechanism of injury for this group of patients. This key topic will be of interest to paramedics based in ambulance care, secondary care and managing follow up in primary care.
