We are looking for an experienced Ambulance Paramedic with education, training and practical work experience from one of the following regions; Australia, Canada, Jamaica, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom or the United States of America. You will be required to register as a Paramedic in the Cayman Islands.
We are further seeking the following Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
Paramedic qualification (e.g. IHCD, DipHE, FdSc, BSc)
At least 5+ years of Paramedic experience
A combination of experience is preferred that includes 3-5 years each of ground and flight CCT experience
Current AHA ACLS & BCLS required; PALS preferred
Knowledge of Paramedic principles, practices and techniques and how they are used in Medical Transport operations
Effective communication, and motivational skills associated with supporting a multi-professional clinical team
Valid Driver’s License in the relevant category to Operate Ambulance
